Natalia Sonia is a queer non-binary Filipino-American interdisciplinary artist. Their work is primarily based in oil paint, though they dabble in printmaking, drawing, and fibers.

With a background in drawing and sequential art, Sonia creates both fine artwork and more graphic, contemporary illustrative artwork often catering to the Furry community, which the artist is a proud part of.

Having grown up in southern Indiana, they moved to Baltimore to pursue a BFA in painting at MICA. Growing up in a queer, multicultural household in one of America’s white epicenters had a profound influence on the artist. Currently, they live in West Baltimore with two dear roommates and two lovely little cats.

Natalia is also the acting coordinator and co-founder of Adytum Collective.
